FUN FACT! Martin uses all kinds of different vats for ageing including RARE stone barrels made of granite! A blend of light n’ bright grüner, orchardly weissburgunder and splitting riesling with a teeny bit of maceration for gentle texture. Grapefruit rind ax, sprinkled pepper, apple bobbing catch, rinsed herbs, scraggly minerality & a tenderly grainy texture. Enjoy with breakfast sausages for dinner.
