‘Vesely’ is a field blend of red grapes from old vines which impart a sense of finesse & concentration that walk a fine line between aged complexity and youthful freshness. This is a great example of a zero-zero wine (nothing added & nothing taken away, as in no added sulphites, fining or filtration) with some age and all of the stylings of a structured, modern-meets-classic Bordeaux. Truffle pigs in wet earth & bramble + their rich & wildly aromatic prize with a smattering of black pepper, charcuterie board and spiced berry compote. Pair with wood panelling, leather-bound literature and anything in billiards green.
