The rich n’ rough syrah and spiced, floral viognier come from the Oustric’s vines in Valvignères, both seeing a 2-3 day long direct press before being blended and aged together in foudre to combine their diverse talents into one final show. Deeply black and red berried, rose hips taken from the forest’s edge, honeysuckle wet with rain, lemon balm in bloom, Meyer lemon peel & woodsy spices. Pour alongside Monforte Dairy’s water buffalo summer sausage and nocino cheese.
