Dedicated farmers, visionaries and sculptors of fermentation, Anders and Anne grow & ferment between the disparate regions of Alsace and Ardeche. Their signature brand of VA and reduction done right, coupled with their embrace of residual sugars and oxidation will be studied when the first natural wine school is founded, mark our words! The domaine-grown herbal, berried grenache noir and floral, citric grenache gris see long direct presses individually, and come together seemingly like magnets in the form of a very light, multi-dimensional rosé. Jujube jar, lilies, wisteria, vanilla crème anglaise, woody earthiness tinted by acidity, STARFRUIT, a visit from a friendly ghost & a bulbous dole cup structure.
