Boasting organic and biodynamic farming practices, hand-harvest, local yeast fermentation, no fining/filtering & no added sulphur, Emidio Pepe has been making some of the world’s most coveted wine since the end of the 19th century. FUN FACT! The fifth generation has more recently joined the estate! Tar, sage brush, leather gloves, scorched earth, rubbing your face in a mound of moss, dried liquorice, balsamic reduction, mulberry from another dimension, a successful truffle dog musk & mushroom stock. This puppy can go closer to 2028 if you so desire, or it can go til tonight, 8 PM, served up on a silver platter.
