This particular wine is a blend of two expressions of Grenache: one early harvest & one late harvest. A new project from Sebastien Chatillon, a Parisian ex-sommelier who produces natural, terroir driven wines that are a little outside of the box. Easy breezy light-bodied glou glou, strawberry jam, unintimidatingly cool, perfect date wine, pair with way too much blush and your favourite pair of boots.
