A whimsical & modern take on Pastis, the coolest chicest spirit that we all love to order while on vacation in France, you’re sitting at a little café table and whenever someone walks past you, in your head you’re like “they have NO IDEA I’m not a real French person!” This is made in a small Italian village close to the French border; it has a distinctly Alpine flavour profile made using a blend of 35 herbs & spices (sorry to make it sound like KFC hahaha). Notes of orange peel, star anise & sweetened with organic Muscovado sugar. Takes on the most beautiful golden peachy colour when it louches. A true star!
