PLUS, Azimut translates to “the direction that the sailor takes watching his path forward”! Alley-oop! The crisp xarel-lo, plush macabeu, herbal garnacha blanca and aromatic muscat grapes are sourced from responsible growers across Penedès and fermented at their medieval farmhouse built in the 15th century. Aged for three months in underground concrete and bottled unfined and unfiltered. Peach blossom, leesy richness, orange candies, crashing waves & lil green bitters. Enjoy with tiny tinned mussels in spicy sauce.
