Fourth generation winemaker Vincent Roussely works his family’s 8-hectare, organic vineyard in the village of Angé on the Cher River, in the Loire Valley. FUN FACT! The estate itself dates back to the 18th century and was once an outbuilding of the local château, and was planted with vines by the Roussel family in 1917. For their orange, the sauvy b sees three weeks of skin-contact and comes out the other side with the hue of a perfectly ripe tangerine! Lemon snaps, dried apricot slices, passionfruit smoothie, hay bale & sweet, woody spices. Enjoy with cod cakes, oversized sunglasses and bedazzled bucket hats.
