Farmed from several plots of 80 to 90 year old Palomino vines, this was fermented and aged in old Manzanilla barrels for less than a year AKA meant for easy drinkin’ but especially with food. Fresh and alluring with next to no fruit, deep with slightly oxidative notes of marcona almond, meyer lemon curd, lemongrass, smokey flint & brown terracota. Drinking one will have you salivating for another, so buy two just in case.
