Made by young Burgundian upstart Julien Altaber, this white is radiant like a ray of sunlight on a cloudy, overcast day. From the tiny half-hectare La Combe plot near Puligny-Montrachet, this wine is one to contemplate, resplendent in all of its textured, refreshing glory. Yields are strictly limited to ensure a full, robust flavour and subsequently, you’ll want to give this a few dramatic swishes in a decanter to discover all of its rich nuance. White peach, yellow apple, a squeeze of lemon and the lightest touch of oak round out this linear, high-acid joyride on the back of a golf cart. Pair with a dinner made entirely out of tiny wine bar snacks – sourdough and butter, plump olives, a few slices of soppresata and one big pickle, straight from the jar.

Delivery:
For Toronto Orders (M Postal Code) that are placed before 8 pm will arrive within 1 to 2 days. Our courier delivers between 12 - 5pm Mon-Fri and sends tracking. We do not offer same day delivery on Fridays.
If you would like your item delivered on a certain day, please let us know at checkout.
For Ontario-wide orders, delivery will vary depending on the location but will take an average of 5 business days, or longer depending on remote locations.
We can’t *guarantee* shipping times outside of Toronto - we wish! - so please order early if you know you need your wine for a special occasion. Please note our delivery partners for Ontario do not deliver on the weekends.
