Admirable winemaker Dirk Niepoort is largely credited with leading Portugal’s natural wine revolution, and this tinto is just another feather in his cap. The cooperative project Nat’Cool takes regional Portuguese grapes and turns them into lively, chuggable wines we could drink seven days a week! This blend consists of three of the key grapes used in the Douro and Dao regions of northern Portugal for making both dry table & fortified wines. Perfumed touriga franca (40%), boldly-purple touriga nacional (30%), plummy tinta roriz/tempranillo (20%) & the rare and rich tinta amarela (10%), all from schistous soils with vines up to 40 years in age. Smoked plum, blackberry thorns, graphite slab, spiced blueberry balsamic & landslide minerality. Pour alongside pork tenderloin & reading a cookbook for fun.

Delivery:
For Toronto Orders (M Postal Code) that are placed before 8 pm will arrive within 1 to 2 days. Our courier delivers between 12 - 5pm Mon-Fri and sends tracking. We do not offer same day delivery on Fridays.
If you would like your item delivered on a certain day, please let us know at checkout.
For Ontario-wide orders, delivery will vary depending on the location but will take an average of 5 business days, or longer depending on remote locations.
We can’t *guarantee* shipping times outside of Toronto - we wish! - so please order early if you know you need your wine for a special occasion. Please note our delivery partners for Ontario do not deliver on the weekends.
