This assertive orange has fast become one of the, not-so-secret, GW back patio favourites! Charismatic winemakers Andrej and Nadja perform all tasks together, from farming to fermenting, as they believe having a sincere connection to each aspect of the process is key. ‘Doma’ sees 14 days of co-maceration before pressing, and is aged a further two years in bottle until it has reached its tautly-textured, full potential.
