Spellbinding and intensely floral, this beguiling red-white blend from Auvergne breaks the rules in all the right ways! The wines of Patrick Bouju and Justine Loiseau always feel like an epiphany, here in a mostly-carbonic blend of Syrah, Merlot, Carignan, Cinsault, Gamay with a splash of white Muscat, a move that usually just adds brightness but in this case, also adding potent, spring’s-first-bloom aromatics. Grapes were sourced from Anthony Tortul in the Languedoc, Beaujolais South and Bohème’s own grapes from Auvergne, with vines ranging from 20 to over 80 years old. After 9 months in tank, it spritzes on the Muscat and hits the road, lifted and light-bodied with a kaleidoscope of bruised red, blue & black berries, cherry stem, orange blossom, lychee & rubbed petals, followed by tart, wildberry acid & a lightly spicy finish. An incredibly fancy, olfactory feast for the senses and maybe an art opening.

Delivery:
For Toronto Orders (M Postal Code) that are placed before 8 pm will arrive within 1 to 2 days. Our courier delivers between 12 - 5pm Mon-Fri and sends tracking. We do not offer same day delivery on Fridays.
If you would like your item delivered on a certain day, please let us know at checkout.
For Ontario-wide orders, delivery will vary depending on the location but will take an average of 5 business days, or longer depending on remote locations.
We can’t *guarantee* shipping times outside of Toronto - we wish! - so please order early if you know you need your wine for a special occasion. Please note our delivery partners for Ontario do not deliver on the weekends.
