This lovely & light Gamay from natural wine mavericks Patrick Bouju and Justine Loiseau is a winner, baby! From their négociant project, the grapes for Super B were sourced from trusted grape growers in Brouilly and Sarcey, then vinified in Auvergne, a little-known but deeply historical region in the Loire’s southeast. Fermented in fiberglass and old barrel before being bottled without fining or filtration, this Gamay leans classic but surprises with its unexpectedly soft fruit and deep, dark depth. Blueberries and cherries straight from the basket, pomegranate gelato, raspberry leaf & a touch of offbeat funk set to the tune of All Along The Watchtower. Pair with a lovingly spatchcocked chicken.
