Made from organic fruit, this 50-50 blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Gris was wild fermented and aged in tank for 6 months, underlining all of the light & bright fruit practically leaping from the glas. . .

Made from organic fruit, this 50-50 blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Gris was wild fermented and aged in tank for 6 months, underlining all of the light & bright fruit practically leaping from the glass. Tart lemon curd, nectarine, lemongrass, buttery shortbread crust, Japanese plum wine with a rounded texture and slight grassiness. Perfect for patio season but even better with a big ‘ole bowl of spicy moules frites - yum!
