If this wine were a person it would be a young & wise forest fairy, flittering around Fern Gully healing and protecting. The future-looking Troon Vineyard is a certified biodynamic & regenerative organic farm in the South of Oregon, surrounded by the protective Siskiyou Mountains. Whole cluster pressed, this wine goes through malolactic fermentation (adding roundness) in neutral French oak barrels & is aged on the lees for eight months (adding texture). A blend of rich n’ fruity Marsanne, waxy Rousanne & phenolic (with subtle & balanced bitterness) Vermentino. Expressed in the label art are the Druid’s connections to the mysteries, energy and power of the natural world – concepts deeply connected to biodynamic farming and winemaking. Salty florals, flint, celery seed, cooked sliced apple, lively lime undertones & mountain stream mineral nerviness. Pour alongside lingcod liver paté & watching Sabrina the Teenage Witch (1996).

Delivery:
For Toronto Orders (M Postal Code) that are placed before 8 pm will arrive within 1 to 2 days. Our courier delivers between 12 - 5pm Mon-Fri and sends tracking. We do not offer same day delivery on Fridays.
If you would like your item delivered on a certain day, please let us know at checkout.
For Ontario-wide orders, delivery will vary depending on the location but will take an average of 5 business days, or longer depending on remote locations.
We can’t *guarantee* shipping times outside of Toronto - we wish! - so please order early if you know you need your wine for a special occasion. Please note our delivery partners for Ontario do not deliver on the weekends.
