BUONGIORNO TUTTI! After working for two of Toronto's most prestigious chocolatiers, Dawn Nita relocated to the sunshine city of Orillia to pursue her dream, combining bean-to-bar chocolate making elements with whimsical colour & flavour combinations. Here we have her signature malt balls bathed in layers of rich vanilla white chocolate, milk chocolate and strawberry chocolate (made with real strawberries, DUH). FUN FACT! The name comes from the dessert’s presumed origins in Naples, Italy. Immigrants from this region brought their ice cream-making expertise to the United States and spumoni (a trio of pistachio, cherry & chocolate) is thought to have been the first Neapolitan-style ice cream they made in their new home! Like hearing the ice cream truck on a sweltering day, and all of a sudden you are eight again and all you can think about is getting your chocolate dipped. Enjoy on any curb, contemplating the bruises and scrapes you’ve accumulated since being gifted a razor scooter. *Contains wheat, barley & dairy!
