Equipo Navazos was borne out of a passion for discovering forgotten soleras of aged sherry in Sanlúcar and now releases some of the most coveted fortified wines in the world! This extra-special bottling follows the tradition of every 10th release being a Manzanilla Pasada—a Manzanilla aged for longer with a thinner veil of flor—this one from a private family-owned solera from 1986 that had never been bottled until this release – aged millenial in the wild! With an average age of 14 years, the tension between flor influence and oxidative complexity is positively riveting, all the oyster shell salinity of Manzanilla with the bitter almond notes of Amontillado. Bone-dry & intensely mineral with a dry, honeyed quality, balanced and brilliant in the crystalline sense, wildly expansive, shifting tectonic plates of chalky mineral-laced rocks, vibrant acidity & savoury umami richness. Truly singular, a muse forevermore.

Delivery:
For Toronto Orders (M Postal Code) that are placed before 8 pm will arrive within 1 to 2 days. Our courier delivers between 12 - 5pm Mon-Fri and sends tracking. We do not offer same day delivery on Fridays.
If you would like your item delivered on a certain day, please let us know at checkout.
For Ontario-wide orders, delivery will vary depending on the location but will take an average of 5 business days, or longer depending on remote locations.
We can’t *guarantee* shipping times outside of Toronto - we wish! - so please order early if you know you need your wine for a special occasion. Please note our delivery partners for Ontario do not deliver on the weekends.
