A dense, hauntingly delicious, rare and salty white ready to steal the show. Domaine de la Pépière is a top estate in the Muscadet, making certified organic wines with extended lees aging, and as minimal intervention as possible – all of which are RARE in the region. The ‘Gorges’ cru is located in the heart of Muscadet Sèvre et Maine, a renowned parcel of the Loire Valley on the central western coast. Made up of gabbro, an igneous rock, the soils are also characterized by the presence of quartz clay, which holds a stable supply of water even in dry summers. The fruit is from 50+ year old vines that were direct pressed, then fermented and aged in large, glass-lined underground vats for three and a half years. Lemon mint, salty stones, fennel oil, green apple taffy & galia melon. Try with smoked salmon, dungeness crab and impressing everyone.

Delivery:
For Toronto Orders (M Postal Code) that are placed before 8 pm will arrive within 1 to 2 days. Our courier delivers between 12 - 5pm Mon-Fri and sends tracking. We do not offer same day delivery on Fridays.
If you would like your item delivered on a certain day, please let us know at checkout.
For Ontario-wide orders, delivery will vary depending on the location but will take an average of 5 business days, or longer depending on remote locations.
We can’t *guarantee* shipping times outside of Toronto - we wish! - so please order early if you know you need your wine for a special occasion. Please note our delivery partners for Ontario do not deliver on the weekends.
*Although we will always do our best to offer free shipping when possible, customers in especially remote locations may be contacted for additional delivery fees.
