Touch is a blend of Welschriesling & Gemischter Satz, a traditional Austrian field blend comprised of Gruner Veltliner, Weissburgunder, Sauvignon Blanc & many more. This wine is a symphony, not a rock band! A ragtag gang of intermingling flavs & mineral essences coming together to sing one symmetrical, unified song! 30% of grapes undergo carbonic maceration for resonant fruit— tangerine skittles, pear nectar, salted green mango, piña colada, quince jelly. Rest assured, it is powerful yet bone dry with charming saltwater taffy & pink pepper notes from the alluvial soil of the Neusiedlersee. Light oak, two week on skins & ten months on lees for body & texture. Natty & fierce yet pure & precise, this is a gateway skin contact that might freak out your conservative parents but is defo safe to try out on squarer pals.
