Jikagumi sakes are bottled unfiltered, undiluted and unpasteurized directly from the press and since most sakes are pressed, blended and settled in tank, each bottle will have its own unique character! Wildflower honey, overripe cantaloupe & creamy rice pudding with savoury umami and rich, golden depth. So obviously outstanding, it’s almost too good to drink – polish your finest crystal to do this beauty justice.
