They’re low-intervention all the way: no tilling in the vineyards, recycling plant matter into mulch, using only native yeasts & bottling without fining or filtration. Bianchetto is no different – a hazy, spontaneously fermented skin-contact orange that spent an evening on the skins, aged in stainless steel and fibreglass & bottled with zero sulphur. Fresh & funky like apricot fuzz under your fingernails but also pomelo, dried mango, crabapple, orange creamsicle, tropical fruit punch from the box, a savoury & mouth-watering acid and a slight grip from white tea tannins.
