Organically farmed with biodynamic practices, aged 5-6 months in tank and bottled without fining or filtration. Dark-fruited and brooding but with a distinct freshness –smoked cherry, red liquorice, dark chocolate, saddle leather & hand-rolled cigarette are wrapped up tight with supple, savoury tannins. Effortlessly complex and drinkable, this wine never disappoints – pair with rack of lamb & lightly poached lake trout.
