A scrumptious melange of bubbly fermentation, drinking like a freaky-babe in a tuxedo dress (hawt). Just over yonder in Guelph Ontario, head honcho Tariq is a mega-nerd doing mega-delicious fermentations. Combining farm-grown and foraged fruits with so much love, Revel creates wines, ciders & hybrid bevies galore! The Lantana is from vines planted in 1978 by their friend Douglas Backus and his family in Lincoln, Ontario. Seyval blanc is known for its cold weather tolerance, gentle minerality & higher acidity. The majority of the fruit is gently pressed for an easy breezy drinking experience, with partial skin contact (21%) lasting 14 days to extract balancing tannins. Peach season, baked brioche, melon balls, sprinkle of salinity & a weighted blanket of texture. Very bubbly! Chill way down, open slow & enjoy.
