If this is what we were learning back in high school imagine how different the world could be – now listen up y’all! In the 1980s, there was a group of winemakers known as the Gang of Four, and Marcel, along with Guy Breton, Jean-Paul Thévenet, and Jean Foillard, championed a new path of winemaking, which simultaneously harkened back to traditional methods as well as organic and biodynamic farming. Think Four Horsemen cross-pollinated with legendary drag queens, Divine, Marsha P. Johnson, Lady Bunny & Flawless Sabrina, fighting together for everything that is good & right in the world. From 70 year old Gamay vines just outside of the Morgon appellation. The grapes are carbonically macerated (grape clusters are sealed in carbon dioxide-filled tanks to start fermentation within each grape) for between 10 and 21 days, then aged for six months in tank. Elegant and finessed. Big bowl of raspberries, cherries, minerality and wishes, with a lil something spicy to make you yearn. Drink now, drink often, drink UP!

Delivery:
For Toronto Orders (M Postal Code) that are placed before 8 pm will arrive within 1 to 2 days. Our courier delivers between 12 - 5pm Mon-Fri and sends tracking. We do not offer same day delivery on Fridays.
If you would like your item delivered on a certain day, please let us know at checkout.
For Ontario-wide orders, delivery will vary depending on the location but will take an average of 5 business days, or longer depending on remote locations.
We can’t *guarantee* shipping times outside of Toronto - we wish! - so please order early if you know you need your wine for a special occasion. Please note our delivery partners for Ontario do not deliver on the weekends.
*Although we will always do our best to offer free shipping when possible, customers in especially remote locations may be contacted for additional delivery fees.
