After spending 40 years at the Paul Dangin house, the winery created by Bruno and his brothers, in 2010 Bruno Dangin took charge of the three hectare estate and has been steadily converting to organic cultivation. Sitting a mere three kilometers south of Aube, they are close to the southern border of Champagne and value their soils immensely. A classic blend of plush chardonnay (60%) and savoury pinot noir (40%). Golden tones with apples, apples, and apples, crispy, cooked, juiced and sliced, lime custard, elderflower highlights, grapefruit pith & rising brioche. Enjoy with steamed haddock and tender leeks.
