The Penavayre family has cultivated vines in Vacquiers for several generations, with the now 30 hectares certified organic with biodynamic practices. A blend of (60%) aromatic négrette, (20%) darkly fruited syrah, (10%) flowery gamay, (5%) peppery cabernet franc, and (5%) cassis-y caber. . .
