The golden dox (Golden Retriever and Dachshund Mix) of orange wine, playful, kinda odd & infinitely lovable. ‘Insolent’ is a family project that draws from a passion for life, community, nature & land. Vineyard work is done in accordance with biodynamic principles, while in the cellar nothing is added or taken away (#zerozero). FUN FACT! “Insolente” in Italian means something amidst a Venn diagram of ‘insolent’, ‘fearless’ & ‘spontaneous’, not so coincidentally epitomizing the heart and soul of Luca Elettri’s wines. Destemmed bunches are spontaneously fermented for 11 days with skins to extract modest tannins & left on fine lees until bottling to create convivial texture. Hazy baking spices, vanilla drips, stone fruit + pit bitterness, put-under-a-magnifying-glass solar acidity & hotel breakfast marmalade packet. Pour alongside front stoop hangs & a blastin’ boombox.

Delivery:
For Toronto Orders (M Postal Code) that are placed before 8 pm will arrive within 1 to 2 days. Our courier delivers between 12 - 5pm Mon-Fri and sends tracking. We do not offer same day delivery on Fridays.
If you would like your item delivered on a certain day, please let us know at checkout.
For Ontario-wide orders, delivery will vary depending on the location but will take an average of 5 business days, or longer depending on remote locations.
We can’t *guarantee* shipping times outside of Toronto - we wish! - so please order early if you know you need your wine for a special occasion. Please note our delivery partners for Ontario do not deliver on the weekends.
*Although we will always do our best to offer free shipping when possible, customers in especially remote locations may be contacted for additional delivery fees.
