Winemakers Catherine and Pierre Breton have been on the the natural wine scene since the 1990s, delving further into their classic & clever Loire grapes. Grown on pierres-rousses aka clay & flint soils of the Vouvray region of the Loire – the 55 year old organic vines are scrounging up minerality to create this intricate, ethereal beauty. Honeycomb slice, shelling almonds, waxy apple skin, baby celery leaf, perry pears, zesty lemon cream & licking Stone Henge. Catherine and Pierre recommend drinking as an apertif, we would also propose pouring alongside shrimp po’ boys, crayfish boils and heaps of slaw.
