An orange for savoury breakfast proponents & sand-between-your-toes tactility trek-ers. A limited production collaboration between the land-conscious ‘Amor per la Terra’ team, Jaume Jordà, Salvador Batlle and Xavi Rutia, with grape growers Salva Batlle and Jordi Inglès. A completely destemmed blend of honeyed macabeo (50%), musky moscatel (47%) & cutting carignan (3%), farmed biodynamically, in the clay-limestone soils of La Serra del Montmell, Tarragona. Hand harvested, 100% destemmed, the macabeo sees three days of maceration, while the muscatel and carignan get 12 sunsets to find deeper extraction. Full aromatics, roast chicken savoury herbs, bathing in fennel flowers, peppermint patch, bottom of your fanny pack candies & rolling stony minerality.
