Former wine agent Fabien Duperray named his domaine ‘Jules’ after the legendary Beaujolais vigneron Jules Chauvet and ‘Desjourneys’ just because it sounded nice, which makes us want to ditch our dull lives & take on a whole new identity somewhere else, so glam! Certified organic but farming biodynamically, this Chardonnay was fermented in concrete and aged in bespoke 400L barrels for up to three years. Pedigree’d and filigree’d to the nines, this is noble, opulent & shimmering in gold — marzipan, wine-poached pear, lemon pith, jasmine, vanilla bean & even a touch of creamy oak with a sharp, balanced acid to cut through all that lushness. Classic, will pair perfectly with anything & will even age beautifully for years to come.

Delivery:
For Toronto Orders (M Postal Code) that are placed before 8 pm will arrive within 1 to 2 days. Our courier delivers between 12 - 5pm Mon-Fri and sends tracking. We do not offer same day delivery on Fridays.
If you would like your item delivered on a certain day, please let us know at checkout.
For Ontario-wide orders, delivery will vary depending on the location but will take an average of 5 business days, or longer depending on remote locations.
We can’t *guarantee* shipping times outside of Toronto - we wish! - so please order early if you know you need your wine for a special occasion. Please note our delivery partners for Ontario do not deliver on the weekends.
