Vinified in the traditional concrete for 21 days followed by 16 months in French oak and another 6 months in bottle without fining or filtration. Dense and deep, satisfying and rich, crunchy and lifted – black cherry, cracked pepper, assam tea, rosehip oil and a whimsical, lingering tannin. A true, understated treasure, lustrous and luxurious like a triple-cashmere coat.
