From one of the most well-known natural winemakers out of Monferrato, the second-largest winemaking region in Piedmont, comes this deep, illustrious Nebbiolo, literally named “bad idea” because why is Fabrizio Iuli, a noted Barbera lover and self-proclaimed barberista, growing Nebbiolo in Monferrato, the land of Barbera? Because he loves a contradiction and surprising no one, so do we! It’s also the name of the hill separating the Nebbiolo from his Barbera, so it’s not totally ridiculous. Vinified in the traditional concrete for 21 days followed by 16 months in French oak and another 6 months in bottle without fining or filtration. Dense and deep, satisfying and rich, crunchy and lifted – black cherry, cracked pepper, assam tea, rosehip oil and a whimsical, lingering tannin. A true, understated treasure, lustrous and luxurious like a triple-cashmere coat.

For Toronto Orders (M Postal Code) that are placed before 8 pm will arrive within 1 to 2 days. Our courier delivers between 12 - 5pm Mon-Fri and sends tracking. We do not offer same day delivery on Fridays.

For Ontario-wide orders, delivery will vary depending on the location but will take an average of 5 business days, or longer depending on remote locations.
We can’t *guarantee* shipping times outside of Toronto - we wish! - so please order early if you know you need your wine for a special occasion. Please note our delivery partners for Ontario do not deliver on the weekends.
*Although we will always do our best to offer free shipping when possible, customers in especially remote locations may be contacted for additional delivery fees.
