Do yourself a favour and pick up this zesty, mouthwatering white from Shiraz Mottiar, head winemaker at Niagara mainstay, Malivoire. Made from vines originally sent to them by mistake, this Melon de Bourgogne – the signature grape of Muscadet – has been made for over 20 years and is the kind of crisp, refreshing white you’d imagine next to a heaping plate of mussels.
