This biodynamic light-bodied red-white blend combines the freshness of a white with the structured complexity of a red, perfect for the Pinot lovers in your life. Grapes were cold-macerated, aged for 2 months in old oak and bottled without fining, filtration or added sulphur. Red fruits all the way down—poached strawberries, raspberries off the bush, fresh cranberries—with red liquorice, plum, bright acid & soft, floral tannins. Put a chill on it & pair with smoky, grilled proteins.
