A savoury bullet of thirst quenching proportions. The idea behind this project is to provide a new perspective on the true essence of Andalusian wines, without renouncing authenticity in any way. The refreshing drinkability of ‘OVNI’ is proof that the magical chalky soils of central Andalusia can produce the raw ingredients for everyday wines as well as serious and profound ones. Picked early, the grapes are fermented partially in tank and concrete under a thin flor (a layer of yeast that develops on top of the wine) to bring some distinctive flor flavours – such as bruised apple or nuttiness – without overtaking the wine. Like waiting in the car while someone pumps gas petrol waft, salted honey, heaps of oily lemon rind, almond butter cookies, underripe pear bite & fermenting quince. Pairs well to late summer pavlova, braiding your hair & wearing galoshes.

Delivery:
For Toronto Orders (M Postal Code) that are placed before 8 pm will arrive within 1 to 2 days. Our courier delivers between 12 - 5pm Mon-Fri and sends tracking. We do not offer same day delivery on Fridays.
If you would like your item delivered on a certain day, please let us know at checkout.
For Ontario-wide orders, delivery will vary depending on the location but will take an average of 5 business days, or longer depending on remote locations.
We can’t *guarantee* shipping times outside of Toronto - we wish! - so please order early if you know you need your wine for a special occasion. Please note our delivery partners for Ontario do not deliver on the weekends.
*Although we will always do our best to offer free shipping when possible, customers in especially remote locations may be contacted for additional delivery fees.
