A LIGHT (5%) and bright Canadian piquette! Tucked away in Gaspereau Valley, Benjamin Bridge is a jewel of East Coast Canadian wine potential. Through the lens of talented winemaker Jean-Benoit Deslauriers, BB has spent years crafting artisanal wines from one of the world's most unique tidal ecosystems. This piquette is made from grapes used in their famous ‘Nova 7’; wafting muscat grapes are re-fermented, infused with organic rosehips and elderflower, and seasoned with a pinch of Bay of Fundy sea salt! FUN FACT! Despite it’s immense drinkability and cool-kid air, no sugar or sulphites are used to make this fizzy-lifting-drink, #howdotheydoit!
