A nation-trotting wonder of fantastical fruit & fast friends! Pirouette is a collaboration from Revel Cider in Guelph and Cidre Sauvageon in Montreal. For those not already in the fan club (we're card carrying members), Revel is one of Ontario’s premier fermentation houses, pumping out minimal-intervention hybrid bevies galore. This is their first collab with Cidre Sauvageon, a like minded, experimental cornucopia of sorts, producing sparkling delights from their organic fruit orchard. The two cideries met in 2022 and quickly felt an alliance, soon after they merged an abundance of Ontario and Quebec fruits into a single, brilliant blend. From Quebec they picked asian pears, elderberries, currants and apples, while from Ontario they added dark plums, gewürztraminer, hibiscus & violets. #moreismore. A multi-species co-ferment, grown and bottled across two provinces, we love to see it! Raspberry leaves, peach candy, pomegranate seeds, energetic acidity & falling into a soft summer flowerbed. Delivery:
For Toronto Orders (M Postal Code) that are placed before 8 pm will arrive within 1 to 2 days. Our courier delivers between 12 - 5pm Mon-Fri and sends tracking. We do not offer same day delivery on Fridays.
If you would like your item delivered on a certain day, please let us know at checkout.
For Ontario-wide orders, delivery will vary depending on the location but will take an average of 5 business days, or longer depending on remote locations.
We can’t *guarantee* shipping times outside of Toronto - we wish! - so please order early if you know you need your wine for a special occasion. Please note our delivery partners for Ontario do not deliver on the weekends.
