These biodynamic baga grapes are partly destemmed, fermented in amphora with a long maceration, then aged for six months in the same amphora to soften baga’s prominent tannins. Thorny raspberry thicket, scampering wildlife, seaside nootka rose, rain running down tree bark, raspy pink peppercorn, flannel sheets & Atlantic minerality.
