Andrée Trapet took over her parent’s vineyards in 2002, inheriting generations of knowledge of the terroir and the means to create this unforgettable style of wines. With a profound affinity for her local chalky soils, she converted the domaine to biodynamic methods (now 100% Demeter certified), with great inspiration from neighbouring Burgundy. FUN FACT! The estate comprises some of the best Grand crus vineyards in Alsace! Petrol licking at hard pears, lemon balm florals, salty key lime pie acidity, fleshy peach and stone fruit body, straw stuffing & flinty minerality to the very end. Enjoy with cold smoked pork!
