This lemon-hued weekday wonder is dry, medium-bodied and wonderfully aromatic, evocative of wildflower honey, white peaches, Allen’s apple juice from the can and Limonata San Pellegrino with the slightest effervescence. Would easily pair with anything creamy or spicy but then again, something this delicious doesn’t need a reason or a season.
