“It's one of the most unique vermouths we've ever made” – Revel. Just over yonder in Guelph Ontario, fermentation fiend Tariq is a mega-nerd doing mega-delicious experiments. Combining farm-grown and foraged fruits with botanicals and so much love, Revel creates wines, ciders, vermouth & hybrid bevies galore! It seems the sky is the limit for them. This vermouth began its life in 2018(!) with a barrel aged, golden plum cider and a few applewood smoked apples, combined with botanicals: sassafras, cinnamon basil & citrus gem marigold. This verm offers so much on its own, tannic spice and sweet sassafras bark with a dainty kiss of smoke reminiscent of scotch and Drambuie (aka a Rusty Nail cocktail). Enjoy chilled and neat or with one cube.
