Today we propose a toast to the volcanic deities with a Spanish blend of forgotten grape varieties. Third generation winemaker Cati Ribot, aka “The Sparkling Lady” (what a title!), is a leader in the natural wine movement on Mallorca, with a sole focus on its forgotten regional grape varieties. This blend of pristinely-fruited escursac, highly aromatic callet and gentle, pinot-noir-esque callet negrella, are spurred to life by raucous volcanic soils, partially aged in amphora, and show a tactile, brisk fruit handshake that will last into next year. For Toronto Orders (M Postal Code) that are placed before 8 pm will arrive within 1 to 2 days. Our courier delivers between 12 - 5pm Mon-Fri and sends tracking. We do not offer same day delivery on Fridays.
If you would like your item delivered on a certain day, please let us know at checkout.
For Ontario-wide orders, delivery will vary depending on the location but will take an average of 5 business days, or longer depending on remote locations.
We can’t *guarantee* shipping times outside of Toronto - we wish! - so please order early if you know you need your wine for a special occasion. Please note our delivery partners for Ontario do not deliver on the weekends.
*Although we will always do our best to offer free shipping when possible, customers in especially remote locations may be contacted for additional delivery fees.
