We're delighted to welcome our marquis event, Try & Buy, with our favourite crisp whites, juicy rosés, chillable reds and seasonal sips. Join us as we share 45 of our most treasured bottles from classic beauties to unexpected oddities, including a big, juicy chunk of the freshest arrvials from our GW Imports portfolio. This is always an incredible opportunity to find new faves, stock up for park and cottage hangs ahead & explore your palate.
Plus, we've reimagined our tasting categories to deliver a more unique and interesting experience! Moving away from showing wines by colour, we'll taste them instead by their energy, from salty savoury selects, to plush and textured spring-ready beauties, freaky faves, classic stars, Canadian cuties and beyond.
Each ticket includes a custom tasting glass & UNLIMITED 1 ounce sips guided by our incredible staff. We've split into four sessions to ensure an intimate, hands-on experience.
All bottles tasted will be available to purchase with pick-up from our Dundas shop from Wednesday, May 7th or can be delivered anywhere in the GTA between 2-5 business days and 3-10 business days for any dang place in Ontario. Food will be available to purchase. Event tickets are non-refundable.
There are a lot of wines! We are here to guide you through with spittoons available to help you taste more - we'll even give you a spitting 101. :) We will not over serve for everyone's safety & reserve the right to cut off any guest if they've had too much.

Our spring Try & Buy event will take place rain or shine on the covered GW back patio at 1247 Dundas Street West! Please note all event tickets are non-refundable.
There are no steps at the front entrance of the shop. The back patio where the tasting will be held is two steps down from the shop. For a no-step entry, entry is possible through the back alley. Please reach out to us if you’d like to enter through the back so we can make your arrival seamless!
There are four gender neutral bathrooms in the space. Two bathrooms are located on the main floor – the larger, wheelchair accessible bathroom has a manual door that swings inwards. There are two additional bathrooms downstairs.
