Trebbiano is NOT a rule-breaker and we mean that in the kindest possible way! It’s like the kid in your second grade class who killed it at multiplication and had really nice hair grew up to be a nurse who owns three extremely well-behaved golden retrievers and you’re like “Okay, we get it, you’re perfect” but you don’t even mind because they’re such a goddamned pleasure to be around. Medium-bodied, brilliant golden hue, lightly honeyed, smelling a field of white flowers through an open car window. Hand-harvested, steel-aged, fermented in bottle. Crunchy green apple, jasmine sway with a star anise twist. Sweeping and luxurious, silky texture on the palate, you just want to bathe in it. Pair with a light lunch of stuffed zucchini flowers before a stroll through the Impressionist wing of an art museum.
