Farmed from organic, old vine Carignan, the grapes were cold-soaked for a week prior to a 10 day maceration with natural yeasts, made entirely without the use of sulphur. Dense, deep and perfumed, this is amethyst-hued Carignan is sumptuous and outrageously plush like when your arm accidentally brushes up against something impossibly luxurious at Holt Renfrew — black cherry cola, berry-glazed bacon, cassis, anise & stemmy tannins. Pair with medium-spicy Mother India roti.
