Aged in glass-lined tanks followed by malolactic fermentation in bottle, this is a sophisticated but playful totem - who we truly would follow into the dark? Dried apricot, wild honey and flowers, pear and citrus are tangled up with fresh herbs and perfect acid. Approachable and stirring.
