For the devoted zero-zero heroes, nothing hits quite like an ice cold goblet of Giardino-y (garden) goodness. From the ancient, high altitude vineyards of Irpinia, Antonio and Daniela De Gruttola of Cantina Giardino are showcasing zero-zero expressions of beloved regional varieties like this blend of nutty, warmly-spiced coda di volpe and mineral, aromatic greco grapes. Fermented on the skins for 3-4 days to pull snug-as-a-bug tannins and lock in aromatic integrity, and aged between terracotta amphorae and chestnut casks for a melding of texture. Tropicana, acacia, peach fuzz texture, lemon slush, almond extract, salt scrub, rolling stone minerality & searing acidity. Perfect for sharing with many & guzzling in that cute way where you pair up and wrap your arm around someone else’s and they sip from your glass and you sip from their’s!
