Heads will spin at this immense and powerful skin-contact Sauv Blanc from two distinguished forebears of the Chilean natural wine movement, Carolina Alvarado and Arturo Herrera. Working out of the Marga Marga Valley, close to the Pacific in Central Chile, the duo draw inspiration from the old ways, pursuing old, local techniques (like aging in animal skins!) and making wine entirely without the use of electricity, machinery or sulphur. Destemmed and macerated for 79 days in Spanish tinajas (amphora) followed by a year in old barrel, this is pungent, tropical and high-octane like a weekend in Miami Beach – guava nectar, mango pulp, calamansi orange & sweet green pepper with a lurid, intense presence & a touch of sandy, terra cotta minerality with a lift from the 15% alcohol. Serpentine and intricate, there’s nothing shy about this wine – pair with mini empanadas and late-night Truth or Dare.

For Toronto Orders (M Postal Code) that are placed before 8 pm will arrive within 1 to 2 days. Our courier delivers between 12 - 5pm Mon-Fri and sends tracking. We do not offer same day delivery on Fridays.
If you would like your item delivered on a certain day, please let us know at checkout.
For Ontario-wide orders, delivery will vary depending on the location but will take an average of 5 business days, or longer depending on remote locations.
We can’t *guarantee* shipping times outside of Toronto - we wish! - so please order early if you know you need your wine for a special occasion. Please note our delivery partners for Ontario do not deliver on the weekends.
