From Rias Baixas, Spain, the homeland of salty, dense Albariños, we receive this crisp & breezy #drywhitewine. Fermented naturally with indigenous yeasts, before sitting on lees for three months creating a long, peach-skin textured finish. Small, river-rock lined, mid-summer garden of Anjou pears, fallen white apricots & a sweating upper lip from pulling weeds. We recommend drinking this saline cherub with a white anchovy and tomato sandwich, on a sunny stoop, listening to Janis Joplin’s, Pearl.
